The Ember mission
Ember’s mission is to create a lifelong community where girls and women build strength, confidence, and resilience through science-based training, meaningful relationships, and a supportive environment designed specifically for them.
Whether a girl is discovering movement, developing confidence, competing at the highest level, or navigating new chapters in life, Ember is committed to helping her stay active, healthy, and confident.
At Ember, strength is more than physical. It's the confidence to try, the resilience to overcome, and the support of a community that keeps your flame burning.
The Ember Method
Science-based training specifically designed for the needs of female athletes.
Founded by Coach Hannah Cackowski, MS, CSCS, Ember is built on over a decade of coaching experience and years of healthcare-based fitness.
While other coaches may deliver quality training, Ember aims to create a unique experience by understanding the physical, psychological, and social factors that influence female participation in sport and exercise.

“Hannah has helped me so much in field hockey, always pushing me through tough workouts, helping me recover from injuries, and getting me back on the field stronger.”
— Cassidy, Athlete“I loved working with Hannah! Not only did she push me physically but she acted as a great support system and mentor.”
— Jordan, Athlete“Working with Hannah over the past two years has been an amazing experience for my 11 and 12-year old daughters. Hannah has an incredible ability to connect with young athletes. She keeps every session fun and engaging while still holding them to high expectations, motivating them to truly push themselves. Hannah develops strength and conditioning plans that are developmentally appropriate for their age and sports. They look forward to their work-outs, which speaks volumes about Hannah’s coaching style! Thanks to the consistent training with Hannah, we have seen growth in both their physical strength and overall confidence!”
